The articulating pec deck allows for optimal pectoral exercises and proper positioning. This system offers an impressive 35 possible exercises. It was designed specifically for home use, has a 200 pounds weight stack for resistance. It is designed to target muscle groups in the arms, chest, shoulders, abdominals and legs. The frame is constructed of heavy gauge steel and the thick foam padded bench is trimmed and stitched vinyl. Features the following exercises; press, pec deck, high and low pulley and leg extension/leg curl. The cables are nylon coated 2000 pounds test aircraft cables and the frame is finished with a spider white wrinkle coat. The Home Gym also features an articulating pec dec, dual stations, an ab crunch cable and an adjustable seat and pads. Vertical Knee Raise and Leg Press not included but can be added by selecting them from the options shown below.
